Torchlight Parade 2020

This years Parade is Organized by Lost Trail

Snowmobile Club!

6:30pm Line-up for Snowmobile Torchlight Parade

at Boonville Town Barn ( PROOF OF INSURANCE ONLY)

7:00pm Snowmobile Torchlight Parade leaves

Boonville Town Barn will follow the Groomer from 

Lost Trail Snowmobile Club on trail C7B to the fairgrounds

Opening Ceremonies to include the raising of our colors,

Blessing of the track, introduction of this year Grand Marshall,

conclude the night with fireworks from Majestic Fireworks

across the road for the fairgrounds at 7:30pm

 

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 01

8:00am Gates Open

9:00am Gates CLOSE TO INFIELD

(Racers must be in the infield to race)

9:30am DRIVER MEETING - Infield

10:00am Racing Begins!

(Pro & Vintage Racing throughout the day)

VINTAGE SHOW ONLY 10:00 to 4:00

 

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 02

8:00am Gates Open

9:00am Gates CLOSE TO INFIELD

(Racers must be in the infield to race)

9:15am DRIVER MEETING - Infield

10:00am Racing Begins!

(Pro & Vintage Racing throughout the day)

2:00pm F500 Adirondack Cup Race

2:45pm Vintage Adirondack Cup Race

3:15pm Circuit Pro Tour Adirondack Cup Race

WHAT TO BRING TO THE RACES

We want your experience to be a pleasureable one.

Please dress for the weather!

Here is a checklist of items you might want to bring:

• Heat packs

• blanket

• ear plugs

• tissues

• hand-held radio

• flashlight (parking lot is not lit)

• Lawn chair, hot seat or cushion for bleachers
• back pack for purchased items

 

ANSWERS TO THE COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FIRE PITS, OUTSIDE HEATERS & BATHROOMS

There will be Fire Pits and outside heaters on the grounds.  Tables and chairs provided.  Port-a-potties are accessible

 

VIP SPONSOR ADMISSION

If you are a sponsor and received a letter and your free passes will be in the main ticket booth.

 

TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

Tickets are available onsite at our ticket gates only.  There are no presale tickets.

 

ENTRY & SECURITY

The Sheriff's Department will have officers walking the grounds and on the snowmobile trails during the event.

Entry is through ticket gates only - Anyone on the grounds without a ticket will be removed.

 

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcohol is NOT PERMITTED and not for sale on the grounds.

 

PETS

Only Service animals are allowed on the grounds Festival weekend.  

 

WEATHER

Based on the weather, the Boonville Snow Festival reserves the right to cancel any part of the event for the safety of our racers, with no refunds.  Ticket sales are final.

 

THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Coolers, backpacks, tents (have to be taken down daily) lawn chairs, radios

 

THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

Alcohol, pets, cooking grills, persons selling food or items without a vendor/concessionaire certificate.
